PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actuate a hydraulic operation unit in a short time with less operation even in idling stop.SOLUTION: A controller 20 determines whether idle stop conditions are satisfied or not in driving an engine 12, and stops idling of the engine 12 when it determines that the idle stop conditions are satisfied. Further the controller 20 starts the engine 12 by receiving only an operation command to a fork driving cylinder 41 by operating a cargo handling lever 17 in the idling stop of the engine 12, and brings an oil pump 32 for cargo handling, into an on-road state before an engine speed reaches an idling engine speed region. |
