PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al-Mg-Si-based aluminum alloy extrusion material which does not inhibit productivity, does not cause seizure and has a smooth surface, and is excellent in machinability.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy extrusion material contains, by mass%, Si:2.0-6.0%, Mg:0.3-1.2% and Ti:0.01-0.2%, has an Fe content regulated to 0.2 mass% or less, and contains the balance Al with inevitable impurities. The number of AlFeSi particles having a diameter of 5 μm or more is 20 pieces or less and the number of MgSi particles having a diameter of 2 μm or more is 20 pieces or less per area having the size of 50 μm×50 μm, and ten-point average roughness Rz on the surface is 80 μm or less. |
