PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper supply device or the like capable of easily recognizing that a paper feeding cassette is installed in a proper position.SOLUTION: A paper supply device 4 comprises: a paper feeding cassette 21 that can be attached to and detached from a main body case 20 and stores paper sheets S in a stacked manner; a conveyance mechanism 24 that delivers the paper sheets S positioned at the outermost layer of the paper feeding cassette 21 toward a conveyance path 5 by cooperation of a driven conveyance roller 48 that is provided in the paper feeding cassette 21 while being energized toward a direction of installing the paper feeding cassette 21 and a driving conveyance roller 47 provided in the main body case 20; a slide contact member 25 that is provided in the main body case 20 and extended in a direction of attaching and detaching the paper feeding cassette 21; and a pressing member 26 that is provided in the paper feeding cassette 21 and when the driven conveyance roller 48 and the driving conveyance roller 47 separate from each other in a process of attaching and detaching the paper feeding cassette 21, slides relatively along the slide contact member 25 while being pressed by the slide contact member 25. |
