This unique innovative concept encompasses the special package or container equipment required for shipping Bitumen without having added hazardous diluents to thin the Bitumen to create a state of fluidity allowing it to be pumped. In order to extract the Bitumen of the deep oil-sands formations it must be heated, once it cools it cannot be pumped and as a consequence it must be thinned with hazardous substances. These hazardous substances create many difficulties for transporting Bitumen particularly for rail shipments... My process does not use hazardous volatile diluents and allows the Bitumen to congeal after the warm Bitumen has been pumped into special capsules which facilitate the rehabilitating it to a fluid state months later at distant refineries around the World. |
