PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color universal design printed matter having a printing pattern that can be easily recognized by both of a person with normal chromatic vision and a color blind person.SOLUTION: The printed matter has a color pattern region formed by a first color region having a first main wavelength in a range of 505 nm to 700 nm in an xy chromaticity diagram having a confusion color line for a color blind person, a second color region having a second main wavelength different from the first main wavelength in a range of 505 nm to 700 nm, a third color region having a third main wavelength in a range of 400 nm to 490 nm, and a fourth color region having a fourth complementary color main wavelength in a range of -495 nm to -565 nm, which are arranged so that they are not overlaid on each other. The color blind person can visually recognize the printed matter as a color pattern region in which a first isochromatic pattern obtained by visually recognizing the first color region and the second color region as identical colors, and a second isochromatic pattern obtained by visually recognizing the third color region and the fourth color region as identical colors are synthesized. |
