PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the maintenance and inspection of a medal put-out device in a game machine. SOLUTION: In a slot machine 1, a door side assembly 30 in the form of a door which is normally kept in a locked state to cover a front surface opening part in a cabinet 11 is installed on a cabinet side assembly 10 in which a game developing device such as a reel device and a medal put-out device 100 are disposed so as to be laterally opened. Between the medal put-out device 100 and a bottom plate 11d of the cabinet, a slide mechanism 130 to support the medal put-out device to be slidable forward and back is provided. The slide mechanism 130 comprises a fixed rail 131, and a movable rail 133 relatively movable to the fixed rail. On the movable rail 133, an engaging piece 133a to engage a leg part 123 of the medal put-out device and a screw part to fix the leg part are provided.
