PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed increasing gear which supplies an oil to a contact portion at a flow rate appropriate for driving with a relatively simple structure, and to provide a centrifugal compressor including the speed increasing gear.SOLUTION: A speed increasing gear 14 includes: a ring part 62 which rotates in conjunction with rotation of a low speed side shaft 11; a high speed side shaft 12 disposed at the inner side of the ring part 62; and a first roller 71 provided between the ring part 62 and the high speed side shaft 12 and contacting with the ring part 62 and the high speed side shaft 12. The first roller 71 is provided with a roller passage 110 in which an oil flows. The roller passage 110 includes: an axial passage 111 formed on a rotation axis of the first roller 71; and a radial passage 112 extending from the axial passage 111 to the radial outer side of the first roller 71 when viewed in a rotation axis direction Z.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
