PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose information management apparatus which allows a maintenance engineer to properly determine fault information.SOLUTION: An information management apparatus includes: a fault information acquisition section which acquires one or more pieces of first fault information; a fault information pattern generating section which combines the one or more pieces of first fault information to generate one or more first fault information patterns; a storage section which stores a fault information database that stores a second fault information pattern including one or more pieces of second fault information; a determination section which compares the first fault information pattern with the second fault information pattern, to determine whether the first fault information constituting the first fault information pattern is correct or not; and an output control section which outputs first fault information that satisfies a predetermined condition, out of the one or more pieces of first fault information, on the basis of a determination result of the determination section. |
