A drive circuit of an organic light-emitting diode (400), comprising: a first thin film transistor (T1), a second thin film transistor (T2), a third thin film transistor (T3), a fourth thin film transistor (T4) and a first capacitor (C1). By way of newly adding a fourth thin film transistor (T4) to an existing 3T1C drive circuit, the drive circuit of the organic light-emitting diode (400) not only eliminates the influence of a threshold voltage, improves the consistency and stability of a current of the organic light-emitting diode (400) and improves the display quality of the organic light-emitting diode (400), but also enables a data signal to only switch between two signal bands with different levels, thereby effectively solving the problem that a data signal in the existing drive circuit needs to switch among three signal bands with different levels within a time period while it is difficult to achieve three signal bands with different levels. |
