PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic solution for a nonaqueous lithium secondary battery capable of improving the initial discharge capacity of the nonaqueous lithium secondary battery, and also to provide the nonaqueous lithium secondary battery using the electrolytic solution.SOLUTION: An electrolytic solution for a nonaqueous lithium secondary battery contains supporting electrolyte salt, a nonaqueous solvent, and tris phosphate (hexafluoro-isopropyl), and the content amount of the tris phosphate (hexafluoro-isopropyl) exceeds 1 mass% and is 5 mass% or less based on the total mass of the electrolytic solution. |
