PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform belt driving in an actuator including a slider capable of performing reciprocating motion along a guide rail by the belt driving.SOLUTION: A tension adjustment mechanisms for adjusting a tension of a belt 1 on respective sides of both width-direction ends of the belt 1. Each tension adjustment mechanism comprises, e.g., a bracket 44 fixed on a support base 42 of a driven pulley 4, a tension adjustment bolt 46 inserted into a through hole 44c of a longitudinal part 44b of the bracket 44 and a female screw 411a with which a tip of the tension adjustment bolt 46 is screwed. The female screw 411a is formed on a support member 111 to which a rotational shaft 4b of the driven pulley 4 is rotatably attached. Since the support member 111 is stretched on respective corresponding positions in arrow directions by tightening of the respective tension adjustment bolts 46, tensile force is added to the respective end parts of the driven pulley 4. |
