At this time, since a plate 40 and a P-type packing 50 are movable by a size in the long side direction of a slot, possibility that the P-type packing 50 is strongly rubbed by the structure 10 and damaged is low. Similarly, possibility that the P-type packing 50 receives friction resistance from the structure 10 and its insertion becomes difficult is low. The plate 40 and the P-type packing 50 are strongly pressed to the structure 10 and the bolt 80 and the nut 90 are fastened in this state to fix a cut-off mechanism to the box body 20. |
