PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling nozzle device capable of reducing the effect of sliding or friction between mechanical components in a nozzle to filling liquid when a valve rod moves up and down due to opening/closing of the valve of a filling nozzle, and facilitating cleaning in a nozzle body.SOLUTION: A filling nozzle device includes the following components (a1) to (a4): (a1) a nozzle body connected to a filling liquid source; (a2) a valve rod having a valve body for opening/closing the filling port of the nozzle body at a tip part, and lifted in the nozzle body; (a3) a flexible diaphragm for connecting the valve rod and the nozzle body without any leakage of the liquid; and (a4) pressurization means for detecting pressure in the nozzle body and/or pressure of the filling liquid source at a position near a nozzle, and applying pressure equal to the pressure to the space of a side not in contact with the liquid of the diaphragm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
