The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a stable phytoderivative or phytocomplex, comprising active antioxidant molecules. In particular, the process comprises schematically a micronization step and a dehydration one of the starting plant material in order to obtain a stable phytoderivative in form of powder. Furthermore, the present invention also relates to the phytoderivative which can be obtained by means of such process and to the uses thereof. At last, the invention also provides a plant for implementing the process for preparing the phytoderivative itself. |
