PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of obtaining a display image that can be recognized by a user by distinguishing an image region where features are used for making glossiness or fluorescence appear from the other image region when the image using those features making glossiness or fluoresce appear are displayed in display means.SOLUTION: A processing part 1 applies processing to a region (glossy image region) drawn by a glossy feature in an image where the given glossy feature is used so that a visual effect due to light can be obtained. For example, a pixel value is corrected according to a distance between a virtually set light source in the image and each pixel of the glossy image region, and the processing is performed, in which, for example, closer to the light source is, higher the brightness is, and the processing is performed in such a way to be able to obtain the visual effect as if light is irradiated. A generation part 2 includes the glossy image region processed by the processing part 1, and generates a display image to be displayed in a display device 4. The processed glossy image region is recognized by the user by being distinguished from the other region due to the visual effect.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
