PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow positional relation among a plurality of touch positions to be associated with new information and to allow the information to be updated with time if a multi-touch panel is used as a user interface.SOLUTION: An input device comprises: operation detection means for outputting operation contents data indicating each of a plurality of touch positions made by touch operation to an operation detection surface performed by a user; and conversion means that is means for converting the operation contents data into data representing other information and outputting the data, and that converts a predetermined position of a starting point or an end point, in which one of the plurality of touch positions indicated by the operation contents data is made as the starting point and one of the touch positions excluding the starting point is made as the end point, a direction to the other position viewed from the predetermined position, and distance between both points into three types of information according to a predetermined rule, and outputs data representing a plurality of pieces of information including at least the three types of information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
