This injection needle assembly includes: a needle shaft; a needle hub holding the needle shaft; a protector; a biasing member; and a restricting mechanism. After the protector moves from a first position to a second position and further moves from the second position to the first position, the restricting mechanism restricts the protector from again moving from the first position to the second position. The biasing member is disposed more toward the needle-tip side of the needle shaft in the axial direction than the restricting mechanism. |
