Process for production of linear- and/or point-formed structures on a carrier, e.g. electrical contacts strips on a semiconductor element, e.g. a solar cell, by application of an electrically conductive adherent paste which is then hardened. The substance has electrically active centers, and after application is converted to a medium containing polar molecules, and/or the substance leaves a hardened (sic) component immediately after application to the carrier.
