PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition which can give a cured film excellent in sensitivity, resolution, adhesiveness, electric insulating property and low stress property.SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises: an alkali-soluble resin (a1) having a structural unit expressed by general formula (1); an alkali-soluble resin (a2) having a substituent that reacts with a reactive group in (a1); and a photosensitive agent (B). In the formula, a represents 0 to 4 and b represents 1 to 3, where a+b ranges from 1 to 5; and Rrepresents an atom or a group selected from a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, an ethyl group and a propyl group. |
