The invention relates to medicine and cosmetology. Using the invention makes it possible to increase the existing range of technical means and to produce universal and simple means for acting on the skin of a living being. The present method for acting on the skin of a living being is implemented using a device for acting on the skin of a living being comprising discrete elements that are fastened to the inside surface of a plate which is intended to generate a constant pressure on certain regions of the skin, thereby providing for the anaematization and deformation of those regions of the skin for a predetermined period of time, wherein the size, shape and surface texture of each of the discrete elements applied to a particular region of the skin, and also the distance between the discrete elements, are selected according to the action required for that particular region of the skin, and the predetermined time period and the intensity of the constant pressure are determined according to the particular region of the skin and also the action required for that region of the skin. |
