The present invention relates to the manufacture of mixed nuts including five kinds of roasted nuts mixed in a predetermined ratio, and to a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, acerbity, odd odors, acidification, decomposition, etc. are improved in a manufacturing process of five kinds of nuts including walnuts, almonds, peanuts, pine nuts, and raisins which are rich in nutrients to a human body. According to the present invention, nutritive snacks suitable for consumers preference of nutrition and savory taste are provided, and the expiration date if the mixed nuts is extended. The method comprises: a walnut coating process; a walnut roasting process; an almond coating process; an almond roasting process; a peanut immersing process; a peanut roasting process; a pine nut immersing process; a pine nut roasting process; a first raisin drying process; a raisin hot air drying process; and a freeze-drying process. |
