The present invention relates to a phosphor, particularly a phosphor capable of realizing a broad full width at half maximum in a light emitting spectrum and a light emitting device package using the same. The present invention provides an oxynitride phosphor having a clear peak at a diffraction angle in a range of 0.7 ~ 11.7 , 14.2 ~ 15.2 , 16.3 ~ 17.3 , 21.6 ~ 22.6 , 23.2 ~ 24.2 , 27.4 ~ 28.4 , 30.3 ~ 30.8 , 30.8 ~ 31.8 , 31.0 ~ 32.0 , 31.4 ~ 32.4 , 31.7 ~ 32.7 , 32.6 ~ 33.6 , 33.1 ~ 34.1 , 33.3 ~ 34.3 , 33.7 ~ 34.7 , 36.8 ~ 37.8 , 37.0 ~ 38.0 , 37.7 ~ 38.7 , 38.4 ~ 39.4 and 38.8 ~ 39.8 , as determined by X-ray diffractometry (2). |
