A fuel injection valve comprises: a valve body (17) driven in an opening/closing valve direction; a valve seat (15b) with which the valve body (17) comes into contact and from which the valve body (17) moves away; a fuel chamber (53) formed downstream of the valve seat (15b) in the direction of flow of fuel and forming the radial flow of the fuel; and injection holes (56) open to the fuel chamber (53). The fuel injection valve further comprises: a first connection hole (54) open at the radial center of the fuel chamber (53) and connecting the fuel chamber (53) and the upstream side of the fuel chamber (53); and a second connection hole (55) open to the fuel chamber (53) outside the radial positions of the inlet opening faces of the fuel injection holes (56) and connecting the fuel chamber (53) and the upstream side of the fuel chamber (53). |
