PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball easy to produce, having improved scuffing resistance, and having an excellent spin performance and repulsion performance, and to provide a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A cover 14 is readily and excellently molded by kneading an Eucommia rubber-based cover material heated at 60 to 80°C, and the scuffing resistance is improved to provide increased durability of the golf ball. Roughness is formed on the surface of a core 12, the cover material covers the roughened surface, and adhesion between the core 12 and the cover 14 is increased, so that the spin performance and repulsion performance are increased, and thus, the golf ball 10 is obtained which stably extends its carry. |
