PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test device capable of accurately measuring an optical axis of an optical film by inhibiting foreign matter such as dust from entering into a light reception head, and to provide an optical film manufacturing system.SOLUTION: A test device 3 for inspecting an optical axis of an optical film F includes: a light projection head 31 which irradiates the optical film F with light from one surface side; a light reception head 32 which is arranged on an optical axis CL of the light projection head 31 across the optical film F; and a dust-proof glass 50 arranged between the optical film F and the light reception head 32. |
