摘要 The present invention relates to espresso coffee and a preparation method thereof, which block oxygen and moisture from flowing in while providing an undiluted espresso solution without additives and a diluting process, in order to preserve the aroma and taste of a coffee extract. The preparation method of espresso coffee comprises the following steps: inserting ground coffee into a brewing container of an espresso machine; applying heat and injecting pressurized water to the inserted ground coffee to produce a coffee extract; cooling the coffee extract; injecting the cooled coffee extract into a container; and sealing the container and packaging. By effectively preventing the influx of oxygen and moisture during the cooling process, the present invention can provide espresso coffee whose original taste and aroma are kept intact for a long time, without being oxidized or diluted over time. Also, since an espresso extract is packaged in the container without additives, consumers who purchase the product can choose to drink the espresso extract alone, or add other additives to the espresso extract as needed.
