摘要 The present invention relates to ultra capacitor using partial-crystalline activated carbon and a manufacturing method thereof. The ultra capacitor includes a metallic cap wehrein an anode, a cathode, and a separator to prevent the separation of the anode and the cathode are arranged. An electrolyte is injected between the anode and the cathode. The anode includes partial-crystalline activated carbon as an anode active substance. The cathode includes graphite as a cathode active substance. The electrolyte is dissolved in a nonaqueous solvent. According to the present invention, the difference between capacities of the anode active substance and the cathode active substance can be reduced by using partial-crystalline activated carbon as the anode active substance and graphite as the cathode active substance, thus non-power storage capacity of the ultra capacitor can be improved.
