The present invention relates to a tool magazine for an automatic tool exchanger, capable of improving processing productivity by reducing a specific cutting time as a tool holder is not separated from a gripper even if many tools are installed by expanding the diameter of a magazine plate or centrifugal force to the tool holder, clamped by the gripper, gets greater when the rotational speed of the magazine plate is increased. The present invention includes: a motor; a magazine plate rotating by receiving rotational force from the motor; and multiple grippers fixed to the outer surface of the magazine plate in a radial shape at equidistant intervals, and clamping or unclamping a tool holder in which a tool is installed. Each of the grippers includes: a key block fixed to the magazine plate; a pair of grip members installed on a side surface of the magazine plate to be able to rotate through a rotational shaft pin, and including clamping uneven grooves formed at an end to clamp the tool holder from the key block; a grip spring installed between the other ends of the grip members, and providing elastic force to make each of the clamping even grooves of the grip members adjacent to each other; and a grip release and regulation part installed between the grip members, and regulating the rotation of each of the grip members to prevent the clamping uneven grooves of the grip members from being separated from each other. |
