The present invention relates to a method for common display of safety-critical information and non-safety-critical information on a display unit of a transfer unit. The method for the common display of the safety-critical information and non-safety-critical information includes: a step of receiving non-safety-critical information; a step of generating at least a graphic display of the non-safety-critical information; a step of receiving safety-critical information; a step of generating the at least a graphic display of the safety-critical information; and a step of displaying the safety-critical information and the non-safety-critical information on the display unit, wherein the display includes at least two display planes. According to the present invention, the display of the non-safety-critical information is displayed on a rear plane in a viewing direction of an observer, and the display of the safety-critical information is displayed on a front display plane. When there is at least a partial overlap of the display of the non-safety-critical information to the display of the safety-critical information, it is confirmed whether the safety-critical information can be recognized.
