PURPOSE:Fruit pulp of UME (Japanese apricot) is mixed with dried bonito shavings and other seasonings and the mixture is applied to a sheet of laver to give a laver sheet with an UME layer having a unique taste. CONSTITUTION:Fruit pulp 2 of UME is ground and mixed with MIRIN, soysauce, sugar, dried bonito shavings and starch into a paste and concentrated by heating. The resultant paste is coated on a sheet of laver and dried. Or the above paste and raw laver are mixed, made into sheets and dried. |
