The present invention relates to a preparation method of stir-fry sweet and sour pork, and to the sweet and sour pork prepared by the method. According to the present invention, the preparation method prepares stir-fry sweet and sour pork using parsley, rosemary, clover, bay leaves, and jasmine, thereby including various pharmacological components. The sweet and sour pork prepared by the method of the present invention has bitter smell (flavor), sour smell (flavor), and fishy smell suppressed, and has improved a delicate smell (taste) and a light flavor, thereby having increased overall palatability. |
