PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black photosensitive resin composition from which a black matrix achieving both of light-shielding property and insulating property in a high level can be formed, and to provide a black matrix and a color filter using the composition.SOLUTION: The black photosensitive resin composition comprises at least a light-shielding material, a resin, a polymerizable monomer, a photopolymerization initiator and a solvent. The composition contains carbon black and a dye as the light-shielding material. The content of the carbon black is 40 to 50 wt.% in the solid content of the black photosensitive resin composition; and the content of the dye is 1 to 20 wt.% in the solid content of the black photosensitive resin composition. |
