PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for achieving both of prevention of any damage of an apparatus provided inside a tower and cooling of the apparatus and air inside the tower.SOLUTION: A wind power generator 1 includes a tower 3, an integrated heat exchanger 22, an apparatus which is provided in an apparatus installation space inside the tower 3, and is to be cooled, and an in-tower heat exchange unit 28 provided in the apparatus installation space in the tower. The integrated heat exchange unit 22 cools antifreeze by performing heat exchange between the antifreeze and the outside air of the tower 3. The antifreeze cooled by the integrated heat exchange unit 22 is supplied to the in-tower heat exchange unit 28, and the apparatus to be cooled. The in-tower heat exchange unit 28 cools the air in the apparatus installation space in the tower by performing the heat exchange between the supplied antifreeze and the air in the apparatus installation space in the tower 3. |
