PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric element reduced in occurence of a micro crack and development of the crack.SOLUTION: A laminated piezoelectric element includes a laminate 4 in which a plurality of piezoelectric layers 2 and a plurality of internal electrode layers 3 are laminated. The internal electrode layers 3 contain silver and palladium, and have a high palladium content region 31 in which a palladium content in an end when viewed from a laminating direction of the internal electrode layers 3 is higher than that in the center. Accordingly, there is obtained the laminated piezoelectric element reduced in occurrence of a micro crack and development of the crack. |
