PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hot rolled steel plate, capable of sufficiently suppressing coil collapse to improve productivity.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a hot rolled steel plate comprises: hot-rolling a hot rolled steel plate by a hot rolling mill; cooling the hot rolled steel plate on a hot run table; feeding the hot rolled steel plate on the hot run table from the hot rolling mill while accelerating when winding the hot rolled steel plate by a coiler to manufacture a coiled hot rolled steel plate; setting an intermediate temperature target on the hot run table and/or a winding temperature target at the coiler respectively so that a phase transformation rate of the hot rolled steel plate at the time of winding at the coiler is 10% or less to each of the minimum and maximum speed of the feeding speed; and cooling the hot rolled steel plate on the hot run table corresponding to the feeding speed on the basis of the temperature targets. |
