PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a charge and discharge method for lithium ion battery, capable of correcting variances by charging and discharging respective batteries connected in series individually or by the group for easy monitoring and management of the batteries.SOLUTION: Switches SWPS, SWNS are provided between serially-connected cells B1-B10 and a generator 14 serving as a power supply source thereof and a chopper 23. By selecting respective batteries from a controller (not shown) individually or by the group (simultaneously two or more batteries), charging and discharging operations are available and a battery state can be easily monitored and managed. |
