A plastic formed body having a rugged surface formed by a transfer method, the rugged surface comprising a primary ruggedness and a fine secondary ruggedness that is formed in at least a portion of the primary ruggedness. The rugged surface of the plastic formed body sustains excellent sliding property for various kinds of liquids and yet it can be easily formed.
