The present invention relates to a reductive-oxidative interlinked treatment method for an underwater composite pollutant using zerovalent iron and polyphosphate in a neutral pH range. According to the present invention, an additional polyphosphate injection step during zerovalent iron input, an oxygen injection step, and an underwater composite pollutant oxidation and reduction step are added to a technique according to the related art (dissolved oxygen removal step, zerovalent iron input step, electron and bivalent iron generation step, and underwater organochlorine compound material reduction removal step) so that coagulation and sinking impeding a zerovalent iron-based pollutant removal reaction can be alleviated, an active oxidizing agent having a high level of oxidizing power such as hydroxyl radical is produced in a neutral pH range, and an underwater composite pollutant can be effectively treated. The present invention includes: a dissolved oxygen removal step; a nano zerovalent iron and polyphosphate input step; an electron and bivalent iron generation step; an underwater organochlorine compound material reduction removal step; an oxygen injection step; and an underwater composite pollutant oxidation and reduction step. |
