The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electronic device which includes a semiconductor device having improved operation characteristics and reliability. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electronic device comprises: a first electrode and a second electrode which are arranged spaced apart from each other in a first direction; and a first material layer which is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and has variable resistance characteristics or threshold switching characteristics. At least one of the first electrode and the second electrode can comprise: a first sub electrode and a second sub electrode which are arranged spaced apart from each other in the first direction; and a second material layer which is disposed between the first sub electrode and the second sub electrode and has a thin thickness which shows an ohmic behavior at an operating current. |
