Disclosed is a face rinse and massage device. Disclosed in an embodiment is a face rinse and massage device. The face rinse and massage device comprises a bubble generating pad arranged inside a solution and generating a first bubble inside the solution by receiving air; a washing pad comprising a sound wave generating part arranged inside the solution and converting a first electrical energy applied from the outside into a vibration energy to generate a second bubble inside the solution; and a body for supplying the air and the first electrical energy to the bubble generating pad and the sound wave generating part respectively. The sound wave generating part coverts the first electrical energy into the vibration energy using at least one ultrasonic vibration. |
