A production management computer (23) monitors production status of a component mounting line (10), acquires an actual cycle-time which is a cycle-time for production in which production loss (delay in production) does not occur, and acquires an ideal cycle-time (a theoretical cycle-time or a fastest actual cycle-time) which is an ideal cycle-time for production. Then, an assessment is made with regard to whether or not maintenance work is required for the component mounting line (10) on the basis of whether or not the trend of variation of the difference between the actual cycle-time and the ideal cycle-time is an increasing trend, and when the trend of variation of the difference becomes an increasing trend, an assessment is made that the maintenance work is necessary, whereupon display is made on a display device (24) to perform the maintenance work, and a worker is instructed by voice. |
