PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based adhesive composition which exhibits high wettability to an adherend and has no inclusion of air bubbles without using an expensive silicone-based adhesive, and which can be used for manufacturing an adhesive sheet (particularly, to be used for surface protection) excellent in light releasability, removability and workability, and to provide an adhesive sheet using the composition.SOLUTION: The polyester-based adhesive composition comprises: a polyester obtained by polymerization condensation of at least a carboxylic acid component comprising a dimer acid and at least a diol component comprising a polyether glycol having a hydroxyl group at both terminals; and a crosslinking agent. The above polyester is obtained by polymerization condensation at a ratio of 1.1 to 2.0 mol of hydroxyl groups included in the polyether glycol with respect to 1 mol of carboxyl groups included in the carboxylic acid component. The polyester has a weight average molecular weight of 5000 to 50000. |
