The present invention relates to an expansion incubator for a seed culture solution which: remarkably improves efficiency of culturing a mushroom spawn and the like by evenly supplying air at a constant pressure to a liquid culture accommodated inside a main body; easily maintains an aerobic state of precipitated nutrients by easily supplying air to the nutrients of the liquid culture precipitated inside the main body; and has no concerns of sectoring and decomposition due to the precipitates, thereby remarkably improving the efficiency of culturing spawns, such as the mushroom spawn. To this end, the expansion incubator for a seed culture solution comprises: a main body in which a liquid culture mixed with spawns is accommodated; an air supply pipe unit including an air supply pipe member and an air supply enlargement unit, which is soaked in the liquid culture accommodated inside the main body to supply air to the liquid culture; an air discharge pipe unit which discharges the air inside the main body to the outside the main body; and a liquid culture discharge pipe unit which discharges the liquid culture inside the main body to the outside the main body.
