The present invention relates to a precision position control device of a rotation transfer device for training, and to provide a training tool to remove a residual vibration by precisely controlling a position. The device comprises: a rotary body to create a movement by rotating a cantilever; a vibration control unit to control a vibration by applying an input shaping signal to the cantilever; a strain gauge module attached on the cantilever, to measure the residual vibration in accordance with a natural frequency created on a target position; and a display unit to show a graph of the residual vibration and a change from inputting an impulse having an opposite phase to an amplitude to eliminate the residual vibration by the strain gauge module.
