A vehicle cowl portion structure (10) includes: a cowl top panel (12) extending in a vehicle width direction; a cowl inner panel (14) extending in the vehicle width direction at a lower side of the cowl top panel (12), including an inner panel-side joint portion joined to the cowl top panel and an extension wall (14c) extending from the inner panel-side joint portion toward the lower side and has a bent portion (16); and a reinforcement (20) extending in the vehicle width direction, includes an upper end portion that is joined to the cowl inner panel (14) or the cowl top panel (12) at a position that is upper side of the bent portion (16), a lower end portion that is joined to the cowl inner panel (14) at a position that is lower side of the bent portion (16), and a vertical wall (20A) extending in a vehicle up-down direction as seen in a side sectional view and has a hole portion (24). |
