The present invention relates to a roll to roll reverse offset printing apparatus and, more specifically, relates to a roll to roll reverse offset printing apparatus, wherein in a roll to roll reverse offset printing process using a roll type substrate, the substrate is sealed or contracted for pattern deformation to occur by thermal deformation due to printing and hardening and tension which is longitudinally applied. Moreover, when overlapping printing layers, so as to solve the problem to fit overlay accuracy, tension of clich which is a roll type is controlled to correct a substrate deformation error.
