FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, particularly to gypsum panel, applicable in dump or wet areas. Panel comprises central layer, which has at least one side coated with nonwoven material. Nonwoven material has two sides: inner side in contact with gypsum central layer and outer side, located on the opposite side of gypsum central layer. Nonwoven material inner side has surface roughness Ra from 25 to 60 mqm, preferably from 25 to 50 mqm, preferably from 25 to 40 mqm.
