PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station device, communication control method, communication control program that can stabilize communication by adequately controlling the movement operation of a radio terminal device.SOLUTION: In a communication system in which a radio terminal device 202 is able to communicate with a plurality of radio base station devices by performing movement operation, a radio base station device 101 transmits and receives a radio signal to/from the radio terminal device 202. The radio base station device 101 comprises: a movement operation detection unit 14 for detecting occurrence of prescribed movement operation among movement operation from another radio base station device to the own radio base station device by the radio terminal device 202; and an avoidance processing unit 16 for adjusting operation of the own radio base station device such that the occurrence of the prescribed movement operation is restrained if the movement operation detection unit 14 has detected the prescribed movement operation. |
