Disclosed are an occlusal surface molding device, and a kit having the same for molding an occlusal surface. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the occlusal surface molding device comprises: a stamp part; and an occlusal surface molding pattern part arranged on one side of the stamp part to have a shape substantially same as an occlusal surface of natural teeth, and molding an occlusal surface on teeth after cavity treatment by being stamped to a resin filled during the cavity treatment.
