PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent erroneous detection of irradiation start of a radiation due to noise generated at the time of communication.SOLUTION: An irradiation detection part 53 includes a comparison circuit 61 and a determination circuit 62. The comparison circuit 61 compares an offset-corrected voltage signal Dave and a threshold Dref. A control circuit 41 turns a switching element 63 off when a transmission/reception operation is performed in a communication part 34, and cuts the connection with the determination circuit 62 to invalidate the function of the irradiation detection part 53. The determination circuit 62 determines whether or not irradiation of an X-ray is started by monitoring a voltage value of an output terminal of the comparison circuit 61. When the determination circuit 62 determines the irradiation start of the X-ray in a case in which the transmission/reception operation is not performed in the communication part 34, and the switching element 63 is turned on to validate the function of the irradiation detection part 53, the control circuit 41 immediately performs transit of an FPD 36 to an accumulation operation. |
